THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Therapeutic Yoga is a blend of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breath work, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way that makes it an excellent choice for those who need something gentle, yet effective, for bringing the body into balance. It is a particularly good practice for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness. It's for all body types, that might not necessarily be able to or want to participate in a regular yoga class but still wants to receive the benefits.

YOGA FOR THE CORE, PELVIC FLOOR, AND HIPS
According to the National Institute of Health, one in four women in the U.S. suffer from pelvic floor problems. Age, pregnancy, and childbirth contribute to weak pelvic floor muscles. When it comes to the pelvic floor, things can go two ways:
Both cause issues like leaking, pelvic pain, or instability in the pelvis. By rebalancing your muscles you can rebuild a healthy pelvic floor.
- For some, her pelvic floor becomes underactive
- For others, her pelvic floor becomes overactive trying to stabilize the pelvis.
