In a private setting we get to create the space to help you transform your body and practice. Having private lessons allows you to set specific personal goals whether that be for flexibility, strength, meditation, etc. The practice will be adapted to your goals and expectations. And since these classes will be tailored more to your needs, it will create the fertile ground for you to progress faster.

I have degenerative disc disease and advanced stages of arthritis. In 2002 I was told ‘get used to that wheelchair’ and that I would not build enough strength to walk again. I surrendered to it. But, still felt drawn to alternative healing arts. Through learning Tai Chi and Reiki, I was walking by 2004, gradually building up to being able to do daily living tasks, but required days of rest after.
In 2020 I started working with Anastacia online doing Chair Yoga. Gradually I started noticing more stamina. I began to tackle tasks that were seemingly impossible (deep cleaning, decluttering, laundry) in a span of hours rather than days. I am feeling grateful to have built to being able to “work” a bit more during a day (30 minutes up to two hours) without having days of recovery afterward. Taking it slow and pacing myself, I am now beginning Pelvic Floor Yoga with Anastacia and am looking forward to more progress in my strength and stamina. Deb B. |
